		<description>General liability insurance, which differs from professional liability (errors and omissions) will often mitigate these liabilities. For the inspector, its a catch-22 situation. If he inspects it and breaks it, the argument is that he&#039;s liable. Unfortunately, there&#039;s no advocate for the home inspector explaining, that he simply inspected and during the course of said inspection, defective components, or components beyond their life, failed in service. They just happened to fail during the inspection.</description>
